Today is when some people with out original-but-really-a-holiday ice date were scheduled to go out. But they couldn’t because of weather. So instead of this being potentially our last day here we will be bumped to even later.
But, what really matters is that Annamarie, Stef, Juan, and I went back to Sumner to spend some time on the Beach. Not for swimming (it was cold), or for sun (it was mostly cloudy), but to enjoy the excitement and tidbits of knowledge that marine biologists have for beach creatures. That, and a change of scenery. Totally worthwhile.
Today’s photos are all by Juan, to whom I’d lent my memory card since he’d forgotten his.
