Or, rather, it arrived…last week. But today I got the pictures that Juan took (thanks Juan). I learned that big aluminum gondolas are hard to remove from trucks. The pictures tell a better story than I can.

Thinking hard about outer frame
-
-
Outer frame is too large. Hard to move

I don’t know who this is, but it’s a pretty good portrait

Barth thinks about what to do with outer frame
-
-
Natalie takes the opportunity to hide
-
-
Juan takes break from photography. Apparently.

then me!
-
-
then Nick
-

Juan with the other forklift that may help a bit
-

-
Still bored. A squirrel runs off with a bun (?)
-
-
At last, movement! Nick is mighty, Natalie and I help a little.
-
-
It’s off! With help, the forklift holds it
-
-
Another motorized forklift will help more than our little one
-
-
Other forklift helps lower it to the ground
-
-
A little more person power gets it up the hill
-
-
